My wife and I adopted Jake on June 7, 2003 from the Lab Rescue of the Labrador Retriever Club of the Potomac.

Jake is a large, three year-old black Labrador Retriever with a very sweet and gentle personality. From the limited amount of time we have spent with Jake, I can safely say his favorite activities are sleeping on his dog bed, sleeping on the floor next to his dog bed, sleeping next to our bed and sleeping in his crate.

During the few hours when Jake is not sleeping, he loves spending time outside, taking long walks through the woods and playing with our neighbor's dog Maddie.
